Eliana Hotel Taksim

We were given two separate rooms even though we had booked an apartment with two bedrooms for four people. The windows were broken and wouldn't shut, so the noise at night made it hard to sleep. In the bathroom, a large hole in the ceiling looked as if more of it might come down, possibly because of a leak upstairs. The toilet seat wasn't attached. I sat on it, fell badly, and nearly hit my head on the wall. There were no towels. When we asked, we were told there weren't any clean ones and to wait until the next day. They said they'd arrive between 8 and 9 a.m., but we waited until 10 before giving up on taking a shower. The shower drain was still extremely slow even after it was fixed, and sewage smell came into the room. Half the shower hose was leaking too, leaving poor water pressure, though they fixed that after we asked. A deeply disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend it.
