Royal Asarlik Beach Hotel & Spa - All Inclusive

The daytime food at the Relax Area, Green Bar, Snack Bar, and Ottoman restaurant was the best option. The hotel's location is fantastic and the staff are great, but our stay had a lot of letdowns. We visited two weeks before the end of the season, and paying guests should have had access to all advertised amenities. The Marine Bar and late night food weren't available, and the A la Carte restaurants were closed. The main restaurant had limited choices, mostly casserole type dishes, and everything was cold, so I didn't risk eating it. They also ran out of basics like sugar and butter at meals. At Havana Beach bar, they only served beer or coffee from a vending machine. The rooms were clean and spacious, but very tired and in need of refurbishment. I wouldn't rate it 4 stars as Easyjet advertises.

The location is quite nice, and the service was really good. The people were friendly and helpful, and the pools were very clean. The downsides were the old building and dated room furnishings. The food was just edible, honestly. The seaside was rocky and not very comfortable for swimming. I won't be back.

Bella from the entertainment team deserves a lot of credit. She was kind, engaging, and made a real effort with all the children. My daughter adored her, and she's a real credit to the hotel. Nearby, there are some lovely restaurants and bars, plenty of shops, and I especially recommend Cheers Bar. The staff there were amazing and welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable. The location is great, but the hotel itself was a huge letdown and nowhere near the standard it claims to be. I'm staying here now, and it's not up to 5-star standard, more like 2 or 3 stars at best. The food is repetitive and got boring quickly, with little variety from day to day. The rooms are poorly maintained: wallpaper is peeling, there's mold on the walls, the hair dryer wire is dangerously damaged, and the fridge doesn't work and leaks water everywhere. Outside, there are large holes in the walls with pipes exposed. The advertised garden view is really just a plain courtyard with a few trees and bushes.

The pool area is beautiful, lively, and always has music and good vibes. There's a fantastic variety of fresh, tasty food, too. The animation team brings plenty of energy and keeps things fun all day. This is our third visit, and we love coming back because the place has everything we want for a perfect holiday. Highly recommended!
