Big Point Plus Hotel

Pretty nice.

The staff were friendly, and I didn't have other complaints about the hotel. But after staying there, I developed a fungal infection, which I believe came from the towels and pillowcases. I've had three appointments with a dermatologist over the past 18 months. I hope the staff take more care with cleanliness. I stayed a year and a half ago and only got around to writing this after coming back.

Breakfast was decent, and parking wasn't a problem. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful. The beds weren't comfortable, though, and I think the price could be a bit lower.

The café downstairs was noisy late into the night, so I couldn't sleep. There were also several things in the room that needed attention: the sink was clogged, the bathroom light pull cord was broken and wouldn't switch off, and the room light switch was faulty and wouldn't turn the light off either. There's no sign showing the direction of Mecca. I reported everything in the morning, but they told me to remind them that evening, so they'd only check after I returned instead of fixing things while I was out. Five days later, nothing has been sorted. I'm busy and haven't had time to move rooms, so I'm making do. Don't put yourself through this, stay somewhere else.
