The buffet was the highlight of our six-night stay, with lots of high-quality, delicious options. Snacks and refreshments were easy to find around the resort, and the pools worked well for children and adults, with both shared and gender-segregated areas. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. Our room was small but adequate. We went in July at peak season, so orders and requests took longer, though never to an uncomfortable extent. The long, hot walk to the elevators was uncomfortable, especially with the wait for them. Our room was quite far away, and the upper-floor hallways between the rooms and elevators had no air conditioning. Ceiling fans could help with circulation. Some parts of the children’s play areas also looked worn and could use an upgrade. It’s a cozy, enjoyable resort for the price, and I’d still recommend it to families. We’ll definitely return. 👍

After staying a week, we politely asked the relation manager and sales manager if we could wait in the lobby for a few hours until our taxi arrived on the last day. They said we could stay only until 5:00 pm. The staff were rude, and waiting in a hotel lobby after checkout was treated like a paid privilege, even though it’s perfectly acceptable in hotels around the world. The experience left a very negative impression, and we decided not to return. One rude, unprofessional employee can damage a whole place’s reputation.

Our flight was at 2:30 am and our taxi was coming at 9:00 pm on the last day of our week-long stay. We politely asked the sake manager if we could wait in the lobby, but he said we weren’t allowed to stay in the hottel after 5:00 pm unless we paid 260€. It was disappointing and unproffisional to treat waiting in a hotel lobby for a few hours after checkout as a paid privilege, when that’s perfectly acceptable around the world. After this unpleasant experience, we’ve decided to advise our friends not to come here.

The animation team kept us laughing with fun activities, games, and shows, and Nour El-Din worked hard to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and housekeeping kept the facilities in great shape too. Service throughout the hotel went beyond what we expected. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety for different tastes. We had a fantastic stay.
