Sedapark Hotel

Excellent.

Nice.

We stay here from time to time for work and are generally satisfied. The performance for the price is very good, and thanks to the staff and management. Heating usually comes only from the air conditioning, and the heater often doesn't work. It's noisy at night, and the fan and evaporator need more frequent maintenance. More seriously, people sometimes smoke in the breakfast area by the entrance and in reception, even though they're enclosed spaces where smoking isn't allowed. If all these problems are properly addressed, we'd give it five stars.

There was hair on the pillows, so on the first day we asked for fresh covers. Even those had small hairs on them. Crumbs and wheat grains were around and under the headboards, and we were disturbed all night and couldn't sleep. In the morning we asked them to clean and left the key, but were disappointed when we came back: there had been no real cleaning, and wheat and bread crumbs were still under the bed. We asked for someone to clean that evening, but they said they'd come in the morning. We requested another room, but that one had bugs too. We ended up taking the vacuum cleaner and cleaning the room ourselves. I say, give up.
