It feels dated.

At checkout I had to pay 400₺ for ten days of electricity, even though I hadn’t used the oven, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, or air conditioner. I use all of those at home, and my bill for 30 days still stays under 500₺. So what does electricity cost here now? There’s also a 1000₺ natural gas contribution charged at check-in, which means paying for the kitchen gas cylinder in the rooms. One cylinder can serve at least four timeshare owners. If you collect 1000₺ from each of the four owners, refill the empty cylinder for 1000₺, and, well, the remaining 3000₺ is quite something. 😅 The timeshare owners will have to forgive them, the system is set up to sort things out.

We’ve been visiting thermal spas for years, and this is the worst one we’ve seen. The rooms are cold even though it’s called a thermal spa, and the air conditioning doesn’t work. There’s no washing machine or dishwasher, and the furniture is old and dirty. Customer service is nonexistent, and the staff don’t seem to care. Terrible facility.

The staff are friendly, and the setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature. But the road from the main highway to Hera is a disaster, full of potholes and mud.
