Bitez Garden Life Hotel - All Inclusive

There was no adult entertainment at all, no programs or activities. At checkout, nobody asked how our stay had been or showed any interest in our experience. The photos are completely misleading and don't resemble the property's actual condition. I've stayed at all-inclusive hotels in different parts of the world, and this was by far the most disappointing. About half the staff didn't speak any languages, and the rest came across as insincere and interested only in tips. There was little interest in guests and no genuine hospitality. We spent a week in Bodrum and its beautiful surroundings, including this accommodation, but we have no intention of returning to the area. If you're considering booking here, I'd look elsewhere. Even without seeing other places firsthand, you could likely have a much better stay.

The children's activities and water park were quite adequate, and the hotel is well suited to families. The sea is only a few minutes' walk away, and using the hotel's own beach was a delightful part of our stay. I highly recommend Bitez Garden Life Hotel & Suites.

The room was far too small for three people. It felt like a third bed had been squeezed in later, leaving almost no room to move and making it claustrophobic. The lighting was awful. There was hardly any internet in the room, and the terrace had a disgusting outside smell. The restaurant often didn't have enough plates, so it was first come, first served. Most food was tasteless, and there was an unpleasant smell near the kitchen and bar. Several times our drinks came in dirty glasses. Staff showed no empathy or interest despite the obvious problems. Water was cut off several times. On arrival the room was dirty, with a smeared mirror, dirty terrace doors, and a bathroom that smelled strongly of damp. It was never cleaned during our stay, even after we asked reception three times. Instead, a young man who didn't speak English brought towels and bed sheets, which were stained and smelled bad. No actual cleaning was done. The outside of the hotel looks nice and cozy at first, but that appearance didn't match our experience. The hygiene and service were terrible for a so-called four-star hotel. I wouldn't recommend it.

The so-called triple room was really a double with an extra bed crammed in, so there was hardly room to move. Even with three of us, they kept bringing only two sets of towels. The bathroom was dirty and smelled strongly of mold. There was a sticker left on the wall that the cleaners never took off during the stay. When we first complained, they only refilled the soap. The hotel looks pleasant from the outside, but the inside was a disappointment. Our bed linen and towels were dirty when we arrived, and only got changed after three complaints at reception. The staff were very unprofessional and unfriendly. Food was monotonous and tasteless, there were times without enough plates, and the glasses were often dirty. A place I'd avoid.
