My friends and I paid in advance for a room through an online service, but when we arrived our names weren’t on the reservation list. The receptionists were very unprofessional, offered no way to fix it, just shrugged and blamed the booking system. We had to find somewhere else to stay and nobody returned our money. We’re extremely disappointed and strongly advise against staying here if you don’t want the same experience. Hotel scam!

The evening music got a little loud at times, to be fair, but everything else was 10/10. It felt less like a hotel and more like a second family. I loved the whole stay, and every staff member I met was respectful and lovely. Special thanks to seçil, bareş and metin.

The buffet had a good mix of local and international dishes, and eating with the sea in view made every meal feel special. The beach was clean with plenty of sunbeds, the sea was lovely for swimming, and there was a pool too if you prefer fresh water. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and had what we needed. Housekeeping was always prompt and thorough. The staff, from reception to the restaurant team, were warm, friendly, and professional throughout. Costa Bitezhan Hotel is right by the beach with beautiful Aegean views, and Bodrum center is only a short ride away. The mood felt peaceful but still lively, good for relaxing or having fun. I had an amazing stay and would definitely return. Great for couples, families, or solo travelers who want a seaside break and a chance to explore Bodrum.

We booked for 8th to 11th of August, but the first night was impossible to sleep through. As soon as we entered, we saw blood on the pillows, hair on the sheets, and poor hygiene throughout the room and shower. We messaged reception and someone came to clean the bed, but the replacement pillow had awful yellow stains. When I complained again, they said someone would do a deep clean the next day. I called to say we couldn’t sleep in that room, and the receptionist said he couldn’t do anything and would discuss it with his manager in the morning. Nobody came the following day, and we waited until afternoon without hearing from anyone or seeing any action. Now they’re denying what happened and ignoring us. The service and conditions were horrible, and the website photos don’t show what they actually offer. Please don’t book this hotel.
