Helis Premium Suites Bodrum

The restaurant food was really good, and the staff were amazing. They found ways to understand what we were saying and made us feel at home. The room was perfect: clean, spacious, relaxing, cleaned every day, and had a very useful fridge. My partner and I spent five nights at Helis Suites, and it was the highlight of our holiday. We couldn't believe we'd booked the right place when we arrived, it was 100 times nicer than the website pictures. The pool area is amazing and the rooms look lush. It's a great place for friends, families, and children. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for such amazing service!

The pool area and garden are nice, and the restaurant area is good. Service was mostly good, but the cleaning wasn't dependable. The rooms don't match the pictures on the website. One wall had only been partly painted, and the bathroom was very old with flaking paint. The website says there's an upscale restaurant, but nothing like that was available. I guess it may have been a nice place originally, but perhaps ownership has changed.

The staff made the strongest impression on me. Reception were warm, attentive, and happy to help with anything, and even chatting with them was a pleasure. The rooms have what you need, including a well-equipped kitchen; they provide extra utensils if you ask, and the bathroom products are good quality. For a new hotel, it’s great value and the staff are genuinely lovely. My one gripe is the very soft mattress. The double bed is two singles pushed together under one sheet, so you end up slipping into the gap.

We had a really memorable stay. The room was comfortable, everything we needed was there, and the staff were friendly. I was bothered by one extra charge, though: they billed us 110TL for two bottles of water, which I feel should be included as a basic hotel facility. Aside from that, it was a good experience.
