The kids had a fantastic time at the kids club and looked forward to its daily activities and mini disco. They also loved the heated pool, which is shallow with a gentle slope, giving children of different ages room to play. The family deluxe room was gorgeous, comfortable and quiet, with the minibar restocked every day. Food was excellent too. The restaurants served beautifully cooked meals, and the view from Petunya was stunning. Special mention to the cheerful, friendly person at the fried egg station. We had a wonderful family holiday and made lots of great memories.

The air conditioning barely did the minimum, but this is an absolutely amazing hotel. We booked for our 25th wedding anniversary, and they went beyond what we expected. They brought us a bottle of bubbly on the day and cleared these masterpieces without us even asking. It's an outstanding place with very little attention to detail missed. We'll definitely come back.

This is our go-to place in Turkey. Everyone was superb, and I already miss them. It was a pleasure to meet them and hard to leave. Until next time at Arum Barut! We had a wonderful week, and though the weather was unsettled when we arrived, it gave us a chance to enjoy the excellent spa. Staff were all very polite and friendly, and the cleaners kept everything spotless. Food was next level for us, our first five-star experience. There was lots of choice and different food at every meal. We could have gone to one of the a la carte restaurants but didn't feel a need to, with such a comprehensive selection at the main restaurant, palmiye. Flora patisserie was a nice extra, open from 12:00 to 18:30. We only tried three of the five bars. Begonya beach club was our favourite spot for a cocktail at sunset, and the staff at every bar we visited were excellent. You can walk along the promenade for about 35 minutes to do some shopping, if that's your thing. They discourage reserving sunbeds before 7:30 am, which gives you a fair chance. We never had trouble finding beds at 9. Checkout is at midday, and there's a courtesy room for a quick shower and change before the trip home.
