I’d seen bad reviews before finding this place, but I went anyway because I was in a difficult spot. The reviews were right, it’s a terrible mess. There’s rubbish everywhere, people are scattered around haphazardly, the owner sleeps by the pool, and the pool itself is full of algae. Anyone with sense should avoid staying here. I paid for two days in advance but left without spending a night, so you can guess the rest.

The room was filthy when we arrived, and the doors were a mess. The apartment door was locked but had to be opened by hand, and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Staff were indifferent. Ask for anything and they say, “Okay, man,” then don’t do it. They might even walk straight into your room. The manager barged in and treated us worse than we expected because we were half an hour late. We’d mentioned the bad Google reviews on move-in day, and he said he’d only just taken over, but nothing seemed to have changed. Even one star is too generous. Don’t go, sleeping in your car would be better.

We were left stranded on Bayram day. The agency promised to cover the price difference, so we stayed out of desperation. I can’t find words for the experience. This business’s license should be revoked urgently. The place was filthy and old, with furniture and doors in awful condition. There were no towels, toilet paper or soap when we arrived, and a terrible smell lingered the whole time, especially at reception. Staff were unfriendly and showed no hospitality at all. They also demanded more money than agreed. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’m attaching photos.

On our last day, they kept pounding on the door and coming into the room to make us leave before our time was up. The pool was filthy and covered in algae, and I wouldn’t go in unless you want to get sick. Inside, the floor was dirty and dog hair was everywhere. The sofas looked like they’d been used five times over and had urine stains; the pillows were stained and smelled sweaty. The toilet didn’t work, there was no water, and the bathroom had no hot water. Worst apartment I’ve ever seen. Don’t trust the pictures, they’re from other hotels. This isn’t a hotel or apartment, it’s a barn.
