The food was good and reasonably priced, and the loungers were chic and comfortable, with space between them instead of being 2mm apart like everywhere else. The music was great too. The place costs a tiny bit more than others in the area, but that small difference is justified and worth the money. We only used the beach, and I’m grateful we found it, since the other beach areas in Bitez are such a low standard. I saw the team having a talk one evening, and it was clear that the manager and staff genuinely want to do well. They work incredibly hard but still smile. Good luck to them. We might visit the hotel next year.

We came just for the beach club and were extremely happy with it. The atmosphere is pleasant and elegant, and Ms. Sitare organizes everything beautifully. You can reserve a spot for the next day, and we chose to come here throughout our vacation. Thank you for everything ☀️

We were moved from the sunbeds because they were reserved for someone else, then charged 2,000 Turkish lira even though we’d been there less than 20 minutes. Nobody had told us there was a fee, and we saw plenty of other people using the beds without paying. The sunbeds were dirty, too.

The atmosphere was great, with good music, nice people around, decent drinks, and free showers and towels. The service was good, too. But paying was a mess: none of my cards worked, even after I tried cards issued in different countries and currencies. I had to go to a cash machine with a waiter following me, which felt really uncomfortable. I'd bring cash just in case 🙄
