Caresse, A Luxury Collection Resort

We've just left after a stay that gave my girls memories for a lifetime, and showed them world class customer service I hope they carry into how they treat others. It's rare for us to find a hotel we'd return to, even after staying at some of the best properties in the world, but this is one of them. What made the difference was feeling looked after throughout the resort. A small restaurant issue on our first night was shared with the whole team, and they more than made up for it. An apology through compensation or an upgraded room wasn't what mattered to me. The care did, and it made us feel like VIPs. Ceren was wonderful even before we arrived. She arranged our itinerary in detail and adjusted it as we went, with personal suggestions. The day trip to Orak island was a highlight, and she even helped with reservations in Istanbul. Umut at Concierge welcomed us warmly at check-in and kept the team informed about our issue. He made sure each team leader knew we needed personal attention, and we felt looked after because of him. At breakfast, Nurcan, the manager, was always welcoming, charming and hospitable, taking care of every detail. I don't usually eat breakfast, but I looked forward to it every day and left full and happy. She even had the chef make me a delicious, unusual omelette with marinated lamb each morning. When I brought up the first-night problem to Volkan, he listened calmly and reassured me. After that, he always greeted us with a huge smile and a hug, and was so happy to see us. Anastasia was friendly, polite, smiling and helpful whenever we saw her. Everyone I've mentioned deserves a promotion and is invaluable to the hotel. Thanks again.

The scenery was gorgeous, everything was clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. They were so kind and went out of their way for us, even offering advice and making calls when we needed help getting around. It was a 10/10 experience. Thank you for making our honeymoon perfect. I'd recommend this place to everyone without hesitation.

We travel with two young children and have found Caresse Bodrum comfortable and family friendly. We've returned whenever we visit Turkey over the past three years, and it's become a special part of our trips. The staff have always been warm, professional and respectful, from reception to the restaurant and beach. As a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member, I think this property really stands out. I also love the art throughout the hotel. Walking around sometimes feels like being in a gallery. We stayed at Reges in Cesme, another Luxury Collection brand hotel, but that experience was nowhere near as good as Caresse.

Ali made a huge difference to our stay. He was the best host we could have asked for, always checking in with a friendly manner and ready to help. His kindness made the hotel feel more like a home than a typical trip. The room was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, and the whole hotel had a warm, welcoming feel from the moment we arrived. We'd definitely come back and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, friendly stay.
