Hapimag Sea Garden Resort

The clear blue sea and all the marine life are lovely to see. Rules to protect the beach seem to have helped, and there are plenty of water sports, including sailing and windsurfing, with friendly instructors. The staff there are helpful with kids, too. We’ve been coming to this resort for 12 years and have been very happy with the service, rooms, and activities nearby. There’s a wide range of food across the restaurants, and the quality is usually top notch. Staff throughout are friendly and very helpful.

We’re not coming back. The refurbished room was good, the nature is beautiful, and the pool coffee place was nice. That’s about all I can praise. There aren’t enough sunbeds, and if you sit by the trees, chickens might jump on you. Restaurant tables are also scarce, and it gets very hot in there. The food hygiene is debatable, with food stains on the plates and on serving tongs mixed with random food stains. The beach bar often had just one overworked, rude staff member, so queues got long. The cocktails were really bad, and the alcohol brands were unknown random ones. Half the staff are young summer interns who don’t seem able to solve problems. After checkout, you’re on your own. They wouldn’t let us use the spa for a shower, so we had to travel with salty hair. The manager seemed reasonable and respectful. Maybe he doesn’t have the budget to fix these things.

The sea was crystal clear, and we loved the location. We enjoyed spending time at the beach bar, too. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, always ready to help us without hesitation. We loved every day at this resort!

We came to Turkey for the first time, and Hapimag made us fall in love with the country. We got what we wanted from the hotel and more. The clear sea, pine scent, cricket sounds, spacious clean rooms, good food, and smiling staff all made the place feel peaceful and joyful. Its grounds feel grand but not so huge that you lose a sense of intimacy. It suited us because it isn’t one of those standard, enormous all-inclusive hotels with amusement parks. That’s a plus if you don’t want big groups of kids screaming around, and I say that as a mother of a two year old. The food was out of this world. There wasn’t a single thing we tried that we didn’t like. Big thanks to all the staff, especially Ozge, Saray, Murat, Erdim the driver, Sukru, Eze and Cihan. I hope I haven’t misspelled anyone’s name. Erdim could drive our daughter up and down the road for days if she asked. We hope to come back and stay again! Marijanski family
