Aegean Gate Otel

The common outdoor patio was the one part we really liked, and the neighborhood was quiet. There are great views, but downtown is a pain to reach: it's not walkable, and parking there is a nightmare. The room was quirky, smelled bad, wasn't very clean, and had hair on the floors. The toilet didn't flush well, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bedding and towels were worn from use. There's no breakfast either. Not good value for the price.

I spent a night here in early June and found it very peaceful, since the hotel is a little outside the city center. My room was clean and beautiful, with views over the pool, garden, and ocean. The host was so kind, helped arrange a taxi, and shared lots of recommendations around Bodrum. Thanks for a great stay!

What stayed with me most was the scenery: from the hills around Aegean Gate Hotel, you can see the Aegean Sea and the rolling landscape, and I spent hours taking it all in. The pool was another peaceful spot, surrounded by greenery and views, with loungers for relaxing in the sun or taking a dip. The staff were warm and attentive from arrival through departure. They knew the area well and were always ready to help. Breakfast each morning was also a treat, with fresh breads and local dishes made with quality ingredients. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, and the whole hotel felt well cared for. It's a luxurious, tranquil place that would suit a relaxing break, an adventure, or a romantic getaway.

The small number of rooms gives this place a much more intimate feel than a large resort. The pool and garden are lovely and have great views, and the breakfasts were huge. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. A very good hotel for exploring the Bodrum area.
