Otel Atrium

I couldn't wait to get out. This was the dirtiest place I've ever seen, and the worst stay I've had. The floors were filthy, the toilets were disgusting, and the rooms smelled like they had never been cleaned. Everything I touched seemed dirty, so I had to disinfect my hands each time. There was previous guests' garbage behind the bin, dirty towels in the toilet, stained sheets that smelled filthy, and body hair all over the beds and even the pillows. There's no way those sheets had been washed. The reception staff were rude and inconsiderate. It felt like they were deliberately rejecting every request and didn't care at all about our satisfaction. They didn't help with our luggage when we arrived, so we had to carry it up stairs to three different rooms, despite my back surgery and large suitcases. They also wouldn't let us park in the hotel's empty parking spot, making us use the public parking across the street. Staff were rude and unhelpful throughout, and it seemed like they had a personal problem with us. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

We spent five nights here, and the glowing 9- or 10-star reviews didn't match what we found. If you expect customer service or even basic hospitality, this isn't the place. Our room was never cleaned the entire stay. We didn't see housekeeping, and got no fresh towels or toiletries. It felt like housekeeping didn't operate there at all. At check-in we asked about getting into the room early. First we were told it would cost half a night's rate, then a man who said he was the manager told us to pay the full nightly rate. He was dismissive and patronizing, and we felt pressured and uncomfortable. One evening, we asked for wine glasses and ice. They said the bar was closed and handed us two dirty water glasses, nothing else. On the following days we saw other guests get proper wine glasses on request during those same hours. It was frustrating and made us feel treated unfairly. Another time we ordered food through an app, and a man who didn't introduce himself told us condescendingly that outside food wasn't allowed. When we asked about using an à la carte restaurant or seeing a written policy, he just said no. Breakfast was a major letdown, with a minimal selection, poor quality, and shocking hygiene. On our last morning a slice of meat had fallen on the floor. It sat there for several minutes among ants, and staff didn't notice or clean it. After seeing that, it was hard to trust the food served there. We didn't even consider using the pool because the overall hygiene made us doubt it was maintained properly. The stay was frustrating and uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and won't return.

From the day I arrived, I felt comfortable. The service was warm and good, and the whole hotel was really beautiful. I can't wait to come back 😍 😊

Everything went well from start to finish. The rooms were nice, and the pool was really good and clean. I recommend this hotel if you want to explore Bodrum without needing to take a taxi everywhere. The location is close to almost everything, though they don't allow you to bring food in from outside. I'll definitely visit again!
