Bodrum Konağı

The resort felt like a peaceful, comfortable retreat, just a short walk from the Castle, Marina, and bus station. During our four-day stay at Konagi, Deniz and his staff looked after my family with concierge service. Deniz suggested places to eat that local Turks enjoy, and the meals were delicious. We also had wonderful times at the beaches, enjoying the people watching. I appreciated Deniz's views and conversations on all sorts of topics and ideas. Nilufar, Yusuf, and I will be back in Bodrum. Best wishes.

The hotel looks beautiful outside, but inside the rooms felt patched together and dirty. Our first room had a machine above it making a rumbling sound every five minutes, so we couldn't sleep. They moved us the next morning, but the sheets, blanket, and pillows were dirty and had hair on them. The toilet seat was dirty too. We waited 15-20 minutes for the maid to make the bed. When I complained to reception, the man answered angrily that this was all he could offer and that he could check us out if we didn't like it. Our family had rented three rooms, and none were in good condition. Two of the three receptionists were very sweet and kind, but the man working the afternoon shift wasn't helpful. We definitely won't return.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well furnished, and the location was near the city centre while still quiet. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. A lovely place to stay, I'd definitely recommend it. Lived and loved!

The atmosphere was calm and homely, and cute cats kept coming and going. The location is central but away from the noise, though the entrance can be a little hard to find. Everyone on staff was welcoming, polite, and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend it.
