Costa Sariyaz Hotel

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s only a 10-minute walk to the waterfront.

The reception staff were the one bright spot. They were always nice and helpful. Otherwise, nothing seemed clean, and this wasn’t a relaxing hotel. The room felt rundown. Even the “new” towels were dirty, and a dead bug was still there after two cleaning sessions. Worst of all was the ancient AC: it blew on us all night, never adjusted the temperature by itself, and the remote didn’t work properly. It made the stay very uncomfortable. The pool and chairs were filthy too. Breakfast was a big letdown, with cheap ingredients and a mediocre selection. After the first two days, we stopped eating the breakfast we’d paid for. The hotel also calls itself a boutique hotel, but it’s part of a chain of smaller hotels. We’d come from an excellent, genuine boutique hotel, and the difference was night and day. Only book here if it’s your last option.

We got a decent breakfast included, and they let us check in in the middle of the night after our late flight. Good value for the price.

The peaceful atmosphere was just what we wanted. Although we’d heard the hotel was overbooked, we never noticed it, and the location was quiet and serene. We spent a week there and found it very good value for money. The rooms looked just like the photos, and we liked being able to clean whenever we wanted. The breakfast buffet was delightful. The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to answer our questions. Ask them for suggestions on where to go or eat in Bodrum, it can really enhance your visit. I highly recommend the hotel.
