We stayed with friends in mid-January at this lovely place. It was a great spot to experience the real Bodrum. The premises were very clean, with orange trees and greenery creating a cozy atmosphere. There was an impressive sea view and a view of the historical caste. The intelligent family who runs it makes it easy to recommend.

We were four, including two teens, and the pool kept them happy. It was easy to walk to “barlar sokagi” for the little shops and restaurant/bars, and the area felt really safe. The house was peaceful and clean, and Selda did everything she could to meet our needs. The owners love animals, so we saw cats and kittens being fed every day. Last year we stayed in Yalikavak and paid a lot more for a much worse experience. Thanks for making the stay so lovely, we'll be back. A picky New Yorker! :)

The management is attentive and the fees are reasonable. The landscaping and pool area are in great shape, as is the rest of the site. One of the best maintained places in Bodrum, I’d say.

Great neighbors, roomy apartments, and a pool in the complex, with the beach within walking distance. Seems ideal for families or people planning for retirement. What more could you ask for?

For living or investing, this seems like one of Bodrum's more sensible options. I've seen few places with rental returns this good, and the apartments gain value very quickly.
