We parked there, but they don't give receipts and seem to take whatever they can get. They wouldn't give the girl 50 TL because they said there was no money. There's no inspection, I guess the municipality doesn't check, and there's no security either. No receipt, no invoice.
We ended up having to look for somewhere else to stay after being driven out, and it was all over 100 lira. The owner was so rude and loud that we chose not to stay. We'd agreed on a price by phone and even recorded it to avoid being charged something different. If you don't want to deal with someone who'll lower their standards for a small amount, don't even walk past him.
We used the parking lot and got charged 100 lira for staying just one minute longer.
They quoted one price on the phone, then another when we got to the guesthouse. The owner's very rude and ill-mannered, and his senility led to really inappropriate behavior with us. This should be the last place you pick. You'd be more comfortable spending the night on the beach. If zero stars were possible, that's what I'd give.
The only real plus was the free parking in their own lot. I stayed one night because I couldn't find anywhere else, and it's the kind of guesthouse you might use for one night if you have no choice. The rooms were very old, with no hairdryer, soap, towels, fridge, or even a blanket. The air conditioner was a little noisy.
