I won't choose this hotel again. I made several reservations through Expedia, cancelling and rebooking as prices changed from day to day. That's normal practice on travel sites. Early one Sunday morning, a man from the hotel called and shouted, "You made a few reservations with us!" When I asked what the problem was, he suddenly demanded that I cancel my final booking. I said I wouldn't and asked him to change his tone. He replied, "I will report you to Expedia as you are insane." I don't know if this is how the hotel normally communicates or if that particular employee had lost it that day. Either way, his attitude was extremely rude and created a problem where there wasn't one. The hotel may look nice in pictures, but I'd stay away unless you like sudden rudeness from hotel management. I'm so upset that I'll never book here again, and I'll do everything I can to give them a reputation they won't recover from.

The hotel, its location, rooms, amenities, staff, and service were all fantastic. Breakfast was great, and the sunset views were breathtaking. I can't wait to return.

We had to call the police. At checkout, staff wrote down strange charges for times when we weren't even at the hotel, including a high amount for drinks. When we refused to pay and tried to get a taxi, a man from the hotel grabbed my suitcase and said I wasn't allowed to leave. The police came and completely agreed with us. It felt like the hotel was trying to scam us. I hardly ever write reviews, but I want to stop others from going here. We'd reserved and paid for a room, then someone knocked and said we had to leave that same day because another booking had come in from people willing to pay more per night. I've never dealt with so many rude staff together. One evening, the man at reception didn't greet us. When we brought it up, he said, "I was watching a movie." You don't get what you pay for here. There are so many beautiful hotels in Bodrum, and I think you'd regret booking this one. The owner was rude, walking past us in the hallway without saying hello. When we said we wouldn't pay for the wrongly charged drinks, she suddenly could talk.

Sinem was especially thoughtful. She brought us complimentary tea and coffee, pointed out good places to visit, and really went out of her way to help. The rooms were clean, the pool was nice, and the food was good. Great location too. We really enjoyed our stay, 10/10.

It's a quiet, cosy adults-only hotel close to the beach and restaurants. I've stayed in a standard room a few times and tried both suites. If you can, book the pool-level suite. The balcony has a lovely sofa and it's the easiest one to reach from the pool. Highly recommend it.
