The room matched the pictures, and we had a really good sea view. The price was affordable, breakfast was delicious, and reception stayed open all night. It was perfect. Thank you, we’ll be back!

My friend and I stayed for one night. The rooms were clean and had a great view, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was tasty, with lots of choice. It’s close to the city center and the tourist attractions.

I stayed here over NYE and loved my room. It was spotless, with an amazing balcony looking over the whole bay and castle. The view felt magical when the New Year chimed in and fireworks lit up the sky. The two downsides were that the lift wasn’t working and the breakfast machine coffee wasn’t great. If you’re driving, don’t follow Google Maps down the little lane just before the hotel. It ends in a dead end, so you’d have to reverse all the way back out. Take the second right instead. There’s a makeshift car park at the end of the road, or you can park on the street.

The location is pretty nice, but the hotel itself is run down and shabby. My room was tiny, about the size of a shoe box, the Wi-Fi didn’t work properly, and breakfast was at a one-star hotel standard. Some staff couldn’t speak a word of English. Stay away.

It’s a decent hotel for the price, but if noise bothers you, choose somewhere else. It’s close to the live music bars.
