Jasmin Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

We've been here for the third year running, and the staff are fantastic. Every meal had excellent food and a great selection. Our private transfer to the hotel was quick and easy. In September, it was still lovely for sunbathing, though the pool water was very cool. The views are really good, and the beach is just across a small access road. Local shops are only a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommended.

The pool area is great, with a lovely sea view from the pool bar. The buffet each evening has good quality and a nice variety, and the staff are polite, friendly, and helpful with information. Rooms are small but clean, and the location is fantastic, close to both the city and the waterfront. I'd definitely like to come back.

My daughter and I visited in Oct 2025, and we were really disappointed. We arrived at 1am to find no bedding apart from a bed runner. The plug sockets were loose and didn't work, and the door lock wouldn't work from inside. At 2.30am, housekeeping came into the room and threw in two uncovered quilts that were filthy and stained. The shower didn't drain, so water overflowed into the toilet area and became a slipping risk. We had to keep our showers short. Apparently, there was no room available to move us to. The food was way below par: the hot dishes were cold, breakfast cereal was stale, and the watermelon was the best part. The gym was disgusting and clearly not cleaned daily or weekly. There was chewing gum on the machines, sweat marks on the equipment, dust everywhere, and floor mats rotting from lack of cleaning. Cigarette butts and ashtrays around the rooftop pool hadn't been cleared. There was hardly any entertainment. This shouldn't be classed as 4 star. Very disappointing.

The Terrace Bar became our favorite spot. We went there at 2am when we arrived, and Nigel made sure we had drinks and even prepared pizzas. We returned several times for the regular menu and English breakfast with English sausage and bacon. Jimmy and Nigel were so good with our family, and we loved every visit. We also had the Ala Carte on two nights. The menu was smaller, but everything was delicious and we had no complaints. Our son cut his foot badly during the holiday, and the staff rushed to help. Hotel Dr assisted right away. He needed stitches and couldn't use the pool, so Anne(Guest services) spent her own time finding him a foot cover so he could get back in the pools during his final week. The staff and Entertainment team kept checking on him, too. We had a brilliant holiday at Jasmin beach. The rooms were roomy and clean, with fresh towels each day. I had worried about the food after reading reviews, but the buffet was fantastic, with plenty of hot dishes, fresh salads, cheeses, and a good outdoor grill. My one gripe was that some dishes weren't labelled, so we had to guess what they were.
