The people working on the terrace deserve five stars. I have always enjoyed visiting Turkey, but I've never stayed anywhere dirtier than this. The rooms were awful, and the toilet was dirty when we arrived. When we asked to move, they put it off for two days. There was no Wi-Fi or other internet, and hardly anyone spoke English, which left us feeling like foreigners. The food choices were minimal and basically the same every day, despite the all-inclusive setup. Loud music kept us from sleeping. Skip this place.

The balcony door wasn't working properly, but at first they refused to change our room. The repairman said we'd be fine with the door as it was. We kept insisting, and he eventually fixed it. The room furniture was worn out and looked bad, and the cleaning wasn't done properly. There were also a few bird feathers inside from outdoors. We arrived expecting a place that looked amazing, but it was a disappointment and the experience wasn't good.

Only the waiters looking after the tables were any good. We thought our room had been cleaned, but everything was dusty, the bathroom faucet was broken, the toilet was filthy, and the AC wasn't nearly enough for a basement room. The pool was cleaned all the time but only superficially, so it stayed dirty. We never went in, and the review calls it a 0°C (16°C) pool. There is a beach, but it's tiny and crammed with sunbeds, so you end up lying right next to other people. We booked a 16+ room, yet a 5-6-year-old in the next room kicked and screamed all night. Check-in was around 3:00 PM, and they had no place to keep our luggage, telling us to leave it at the entrance. Nobody helped carry our bags up all the stairs, and there are no elevators. Three times our room was messed up, and we had to keep correcting them with comments like, "No, it wasn't that, it was this, sorry, that." Worst holiday I've ever had. Never again, I won't go near it.

The only real plus is that you can walk to the beach, though it's so small you need to arrive early for a spot. Even then, the sunbeds are packed close together, so it feels like you're sharing your holiday with everyone around you. The rooms were stuffy and dusty, and cleaning was poor. Food looked varied but much of it was inedible, with chicken served every day in 40-degree heat. Their all-inclusive drinks seemed to be 80% water, 15% syrup, and the rest alcohol. On the day of our reservation, a man at the door simply told us, "We've closed, you should go to another hotel," without explaining anything. Don't expect smiles or answers from staff either. Stay away; you'd be treated better at a guesthouse.
