The location was great for getting into town, and our rooms were very clean. Still, several small problems added up and made the stay inconvenient. The room walls are thin enough that we could clearly hear our upstairs neighbours talking late into the evening, even with all the windows closed. The shower kept switching from extremely cold to scalding hot. Our twin beds were small, which bothered my taller friend, who’s 5'11. Toilet paper also ran out often because there was no spare, and the roll was only replaced once empty. The restaurant staff were kind, but the front desk staff were unfriendly and didn’t explain the hotel or its services. Other hotels had provided water throughout our stay; here, apparently, only one bottle is free for the whole visit, and there’s no sign saying so. The Wi-Fi barely worked, so we mostly used our own data. This was the first of several hotels we stayed at in Turkey where we had these issues.

The view is absolutely amazing, and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Everyone on staff was welcoming and friendly, and the restaurant was wonderful, especially breakfast. There are two pools in the shared area, which is a nice place to spend time with other guests. It’s a short walk to the beach and Bodrum’s shopping areas. Such a lovely place for a holiday in Bodrum, definitely recommended.

dilen was especially welcoming the whole time, and all the staff were lovely. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I loved every minute of my stay. It’s in a really convenient spot, close to the ferry to kos, activity spots, the old town and the beach!

The rooms are great, with clean floors, a good bed and a couch. Each one has its own new, high-tech AC, so keeping it warm or cool isn’t a problem. The hotel is nice and easy to get around from, with everywhere just a short walk away.

The location worked perfectly for us, with the centre just a five-minute walk away. Getting back means going up a steep hill, but it really wasn’t too bad if you’re fit and able, and the hilltop setting gives you some stunning views. The hotel’s own food and drinks are expensive, although the included breakfast was good and had lots of choices. I loved the Nancy Meyers style decor and music. It made the place feel welcoming as soon as we arrived. Staff were wonderful, always greeting us with a smile. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were left for us. We’re really glad we picked this place for our first trip to Turkey.
