It’s a quiet, practical place looking out over Bodrum, about a 20 minute walk from the seafront. Good for a peaceful break, or for getting your steps in with a daily walk. The rooms were clean and serviced every day, and the staff were helpful and attentive. The local cats who joined us at breakfast each morning were a nice extra.

It’s a nice, quiet hotel, and the staff are reasonably friendly. We got caught out because they stop serving food at 19:30 and don’t advertise it. The location is fine, though that 15 minute walk into town can feel like too much in the hottest part of summer, so expect to take a taxi, about £5 each way. Also, the shower opens straight into the bedroom with no door, so you’ll want to be comfortable around whoever you’re travelling with.

The room was awesome, with a view over the city, and the gym was well kitted out. We enjoyed the food too, and it wasn’t too expensive. Staff were always helpful.

There was no one around to help with our bags, so my family and I had to carry them all ourselves. The hotel felt like a ghost town, with just the receptionist there, and the indoor pool was unavailable. The AC didn’t work either. When I told the receptionist, he said it would take 15 minutes, but that wasn’t true.
