Blue Dreams Resort Hotel

We booked through LastMinute.com just two days before traveling, and for our four-day stay I think it was worth the money. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The evening dance show was energetic, professional, and genuinely entertaining. The resort also has a hair salon and small shops with swimwear, toys, and clothes, which is handy for families. Special thanks to the server at the à la carte restaurant, the DJ running the dance program, and the spa ladies. The biggest issue was our rooms. We were a family of five and got two adjoining rooms, both spacious, one with twin beds and the other with a double. But they didn’t feel five-star at all, and there didn’t seem to be any real standard. One shower was missing its sliding door and had visible mold, the patio door didn’t lock properly, the bed and mattress were different sizes, and both rooms had broken fixed headboards. The TVs only had Turkish channels, so there were no English cartoons for the kids. That wasn’t a major problem since we were outside most of the time. The layout is striking, built across a curved hillside with about 10 levels over a broad area, around 200 meters of slope. Expect lots of walking. I liked the design, but getting around was harder with our 7-month-old in a stroller. There are three outdoor lifts, spaced far apart because of the layout. There are five pools: a kids’ pool around 50 cm deep, three at about 140 cm, and an infinity pool that’s the highlight. Another has slides and is great for children, while the one by the dining area seemed little used. We mostly used three pools, and with our toddler we practically had one to ourselves. Our son loved it. There’s also a small heated indoor pool by the spa, about 150 cm deep. Food was good, though mostly European, which made sense with around 95% of guests being European. The buffet had something for everyone, and the Turkish desserts were a highlight. The cheese and salad counters were interesting but repetitive through the day. There was a BBQ station every evening. We also appreciated the free à la carte dinner the hotel offered for our son’s birthday. The food and atmosphere weren’t anything special, but it was a kind gesture. We might have been disappointed if we’d paid for it. There’s an all-day tea garden, a nearby snack bar, another by the beach, and several bars around the resort. Overall, service was great.

We had a relaxing, enjoyable 7-night stay and would gladly return. The hotel and setting are beautiful, with friendly staff and delicious food, and we loved both the pool and the beach. Evening entertainment varied: some nights were just bingo or football screenings and felt boring, while the live acts in the main bar were enjoyable. The amphitheater show was the best of all.

The hotel was spotless, our room was cleaned beautifully every day, and there was a wide choice of delicious food. Staff across the board were smiling, friendly, and professional, and they made sure we had what we needed. Mr. Burak Koç deserves special thanks for personally looking after us and arranging thoughtful touches, including a cabana and a massage. We spent 5 days there and had an unforgettable time. The entertainment was fantastic and kept us having fun the whole stay. The service, people, and atmosphere were all exceptional, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

We spent a week here with my boyfriend, and the view was outstanding. The staff were always smiling, and the rooms and shared areas were clean, with daily room cleaning. There are three snack restaurants. My favorite was the American one, especially the really good hamburger. A big shout-out to Gokhan from Guest Relations, who was professional and very helpful.
