This place is beyond awful. The site seems close to collapsing, and in summer they make you sign a one-year contract just for a basic paint job. Come winter, apartments are damp, moldy, and flooded. They don't care, you're left having to stay there, and then you end up in court. Don't be fooled into coming here.

You can't even make a reservation. Nobody picks up the phone, and it feels like they don't care about customers. My impression of this hotel was already negative before staying there. I don't recommend it.

There's an apartment building there too. It's started attracting migrants.

The Bitez coastal road makes an excellent walking route.
