The location is perfect and it’s cheap compared with other places in the area. But be ready for a shock when you arrive: the room is rusty, and some people living there look homeless. They’re actually very nice, but they smoke and chat all night. The manager is friendly and helpful, breakfast is okay, and they let you use the kitchen. Still, this is a weird place to stay. It isn’t a hotel or a hostel.

Bottom-of-the-range place, but the location is good. The bus stop is within walking distance and the marina is nearby. The owner and family are very helpful. Just note, guys, payment is in euros, not lira. I’m here as a solo traveler.

The location is handy for the bazaar, which is the area's main social and business center, but that was the one positive for me. Our second-floor room was filthy and in very poor shape, with exposed bathroom wiring, dirty towels, and stained sheets. I tried to find somewhere else as soon as we arrived, but money was the only reason I stayed. The ground floor seemed to house men in inhumane conditions, and the place felt more like a dorm for people struggling financially than a hotel. It also came across as a shelter for lonely, unkempt Turkish men. This place doesn't deserve a star, and I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. My reaction may reflect my lifestyle, which is completely normal.

The staff were very attentive, but the rooms were in disgraceful condition and badly maintained. I won't be back.
