The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the location is only a five-minute walk from restaurants and nightlife. Breakfast was okay, while the evening meal was good. The room they first gave us was at the back, with a very small toilet. When I asked to move, the receptionist came along and showed me four larger rooms by the swimming pool, all with a lovely view, and let me pick one. It was clean and nice, and each day we came back to a tidy room. A few things to know: air conditioning costs 10TL £4 a day. Most guests are from Sweden, and they were really nice. There aren't any English TV channels, and there is no laundry service, but Three Women Dry Cleaning is a two-minute walk away. GUYS, if you're hoping for a holiday romance with a Swedish girl, good luck ; ) I'd give the hotel four stars.

The pool area, with its hanging plants and lovely scenery, was a great place to relax. Bar street is just a two-minute walk away. The rooms are simple but comfortable, with what you need for however long you stay. The staff made sure all our needs were taken care of. Definitely recommend, 5*.

The bar manager Ion went out of his way to help and made my holiday extra special. Staff were amazing and even let me check out late for free. The room was clean with great facilities, and it had the best shower I've ever had. Amazing hotel for the price. I'll be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for good value.

We arrived late, around 9pm, and went looking for a bottle of water, but the bar fridge in our room was empty. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the lobby and near the bar. Service was bad, the room smelled unpleasant, and the two single beds felt too narrow for me at 6'2". There are no lifts, which must make getting around difficult for older guests since the hotel runs along a hillside. Breakfast was very ordinary, and the milk looked watered down. I don't recommend it.

The checkout was frightening. I was ready to pay my bar bill, which I'd kept track of throughout the stay and knew was exactly 160 Lira. Instead, the manager entered a random 443 Lira on a calculator and called it my bill. When I asked for an itemized bill, I showed them that they'd added things from when I wasn't even at the hotel. The cheekiest charge was two beers on my checkout morning, before noon, when I hadn't even gone to the bar. They still insisted I pay and wouldn't let me leave, with three men blocking the exit. I'm a young woman traveling alone, and the manager was creepy about me leaving the hotel. I had to tell him where I was going and how long I'd be gone. On top of that, during some of the hottest days of the year so far in Turkey, I was offered the option of paying €5 per day for air conditioning. I could have understood a charge if everyone paid, but every other guest, who was Turkish, had it free. I felt they were treating me like a stupid foreigner with more money than sense. If you're not Turkish, be ready to pay for air conditioning or sweat through the nights. And don't buy anything during your stay, food or drinks, because whether you do or not, they may present you with an imaginary bill at checkout. I wouldn't recommend this place to a young woman on her own.
