The location is excellent. The sea is just beyond the building in front, and minibuses pass right outside, so getting to the beach or city center is easy. It really could be a five-star hotel, but the hot water was a problem. I washed in cold water every evening and had to wait until noon on the fourth day of my holiday to get a hot shower. Breakfast was poor.

We were very pleased with the service and would come back. The rooms were clean, the beach is very close, and the owners were attentive and friendly. They even let us use their kitchen. It was affordable for the area too. Thanks for everything. ☺️😍

I've stayed at plenty of hotels, motels, and guesthouses, and Pera Hotel gave good value in both price and service. When we arrived, the open buffet right by the front door was a nice surprise, and it stays open all day and night. Breakfast was tasty and filling. The location is excellent, near the beach and nightclubs. If you want comfort at an affordable price, I'd recommend Pera Hotel.

We only booked for a day, but the hotel was much better than we expected when we got there. Everything was spotless, and though our room felt a bit small, it worked fine. It’s a modern, new place in a great part of Gumbet, with clubs and beaches all around and everyday essentials close by.
