Our air conditioning had an issue. They tried to fix it, but couldn’t get it working properly. Still, they were polite and did their best to help. The breakfast was good, the housekeepers were great, and the staff were friendly. The location is excellent, with everything close by.

The staff got back to us quickly whenever we had a question or request, and they were very helpful. It’s a clean, modern hotel in a handy spot close to everything. We enjoyed our two nights here and would definitely come back.

There was no hot water or WiFi. The staff and management also lacked customer service skills.

You get a good location for the money if you want to be near the bar street and beach, but the place could do better. The pillows were awful, and cleaning was very limited. Better pillows and more thorough cleaning would make a real difference.

The rooms face a side street, so even though Petra is very close to the busy areas and the sea, we barely heard the noise. We’d worried about drunk people spoiling the holiday, but it wasn’t a problem. The fresh, almost new rooms and lovely family atmosphere made it a great fit for both families and younger guests. Ahmet was always around to help, and the breakfast was really good. Petra Butik Otel was a perfect place for us.
