6/10
The location is handy for the beach and restaurants, though getting to the hotel means walking up an alley that doesn’t feel very welcoming. Inside, everything is quite basic and cramped: narrow stairs and hallways, and rooms with barely enough space to move around the bed. The bathroom is tight too, and the water temperature and pressure kept changing while I used it. The bed felt firm even by European standards, with slightly rough sheets, one thin rough blanket, and underfilled pillows. It may be decent value, but I don’t think it merits a rating close to five stars.

We stayed four days and found it comfortable for the price, though the lodging itself is simple. The owner was very hospitable. It’s a cute, family-run place tucked into a quaint alley just off the main boardwalk, with a cheap, well-stocked supermarket at the end of that same alley.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a cute balcony view. It felt peaceful despite being near the waterfront and major attractions. Orhan and the attentive staff made the stay feel warm and welcoming, and the service was impeccable. R House Hotel combines comfort and a touch of luxury in an elegant but inviting setting, and gave us a memorable stay.

The location was great, and we had a really good three-night stay at R-House hotel. Staff offered great suggestions for beaches, boat tours, and restaurants. Our room was clean, had AC, and came with a balcony. Everything was incredible.

Amazing sea view from the terrace. Cosy and quiet, with hospitable, friendly hosts!
