Room 3402 was spacious and had a sea view, and the beach and beds were beautiful. The breakfast was great, especially with Ergin as breakfast manager. The gym and spa area are top-notch. All the staff, including reception, were amazing, friendly, and very helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

The one thing I wish had been included was food and drinks ordered on the beach. They're an extra fee, and even though the restaurant is by the beach, you can't bring anything from it. Still, I felt it was worth every penny, even though it was slightly out of our budget. The food was delicious, with plenty of choices, and dessert was great too. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. My partner and I stayed last summer, and even after a year, it still feels like a dream. Best hotel we've ever stayed at, with a great ambience, vibe, service, comfort, and food. We'd stayed at a different hotel at this resort, which made Kaya palazzo stand out even more. The staff were professional and there whenever we needed help. Serhat, the manager, was always kind and professional; Umut helped us with restaurant options, and Pedro at the bar made us feel welcome. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!

We had a great time and will return. The hotel's own sandy beach had lots of greenery along the coast, several sunbed areas, a separate lounge space, and even a special path for swimmers along the shore. There were plenty of free sunbeds at the beach and pool. The rooms were spacious and clean, housekeeping was excellent, and the restaurant cuisine delighted us. Wherever we went, beach, pool, restaurant, or room, staff made us feel like special guests, gave us great comfort, helped with everything, and made sure we could relax. I travel a lot around the world, and this hotel ranks number one for hospitality, service, and guest care. It really is a five-star luxury hotel.

We ended up extending our stay at Kaya Palazzo Bodrum by one night because we enjoyed it so much. Service felt personal and seamless from check-in through check-out, and the guest relations WhatsApp group made communication quick and easy. The room was spacious, with lovely views, a smart layout, and a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was reliable and responsive. The in-room technology could use an upgrade, but everything else was on point. Serhat, Emir, and Mevlüt went above and beyond, even securing exclusive discounts outside the hotel and handling details promptly. The whole team was outstanding. The private beach was clean, relaxing, and family-friendly. We didn't try the pool or spa, but they looked premium and well maintained. Breakfast and room service were good, with pizza a highlight, and the food arrived quickly with clean, simple presentation. The location is great, near Bodrum's old town but still private and luxurious. For this level of service and experience, it's worth the price. We'll definitely return.
