Cedrus Hotel

The staff were good, and the old town location is the one thing I liked. The rest wasn't great: the electricity went out several times at night, which was especially inconvenient in that hot weather. The windows were difficult to open, and there was a strange smell.

The mattress had a good firmness and the pillows were okay. The AC worked well and had a quiet mode, though the extra blanket had no duvet cover and mine had a noticeable stain. As someone with allergies, I wish I'd known beforehand that the hotel has cats. The lobby sofa and chair cushions need replacing; they no longer do their job. Noise and light are the other issues. Sound insulation is poor, as it is in many old town hotels, so upstairs neighbors can keep you guessing about when they'll go to bed. A room near reception brings extra noise too, and earplugs won't solve it. Two first-floor rooms have no blackout curtains over the entrance doors, which could be a real problem if you're sensitive to light. Try for a second-floor room. The hotel is clean, well located, away from the main noisy streets, and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

It's tucked into a quiet little spot in the middle of Antalya's old town, close to the lively areas but peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. The rooms were clean and practical, and the staff were kind, polite, and helpful. Great value. I'm glad I picked this hotel.

The coffee was delicious, and the breakfast had some of the best local food. The place is spotless and so beautifully decorated. Everyone, from the owners to the staff, was kind, friendly, and always ready to help. They made my first time in Antalya so much better. Every day there was a joy, and they were so honest and accommodating. I'd return in a heartbeat. Thank you!
