Belek Beach Resort Hotel - All inclusive

The beach was clean and relaxing, with plenty of activities and entertainment for adults and children. We also had delicious food and lots of choices for different tastes. Belek Beach Resort Hotel was beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help, so we felt welcome the whole time. We had an enjoyable atmosphere and service that exceeded what I expected. I’d highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday in Belek, and I hope to visit again.

My wife and I spent seven days here in May. The pools were all very nice, and there was plenty to do within the resort. It’s clearly set up more for family holidays than couples. Food was lovely with lots of choice, rooms were comfortable with great showers, and there were plenty of bar options around the clock. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There aren’t bars or restaurants around the Bozankent area, so arrange private transfers to get to and from the hotel.

We particularly enjoyed our evenings at the Piano Lobby Bar. Ali was consistently excellent, making creative, high-quality cocktails to suit what guests liked. His professionalism and friendly manner made the atmosphere memorable. The hotel itself was pleasant, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. Still, a few things could be better. There aren’t many German-speaking staff, which can make communication hard for German-speaking guests. The room’s power-saving system shuts electricity off about 15 minutes after you leave. That’s a problem for families with baby monitors, which lose power when the room is empty, so parents may need to go back and turn the system on again. The air conditioning only works when someone is in the room, so it can get quite warm during the day. At night, motion sensors sometimes fail to detect movement and the air conditioning stops unexpectedly. The food was acceptable and generally enjoyable, though I’d have preferred more meat dishes. The menu leans heavily on stews, pickled food, and similar things, which may not suit everyone. The dining area also gets noticeably warm during meals. Better air conditioning and ventilation in the restaurant would make it much more comfortable, especially in hotter months. There’s a lot to like here, and the stay was pleasant overall. Improvements to the power system, air conditioning, language support, and dining choices would make the guest experience much better. Ali and other dedicated staff make a real difference.

Dinara and Elena from the reception team were especially kind and professional, always ready to help with questions or requests. It’s clear they love their work and care about guests, and their positive attitude made our stay even better. We had a wonderful, relaxing time at Belek Beach Resort Hotel in Boğazkent. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the food was delicious with a great variety each day.
