They wouldn't move us to another room even when there were vacancies, though I offered to pay extra. The staff were no help through the whole process. The room was awful: water kept leaking and soaked all our clothes, and my son got sick. The toilet seat was set too high and awkwardly, and the heater didn't work, so the room was colder than outdoors. I strongly advise against staying here.

It was freezing in the room because the heater didn't work, and it was colder inside than outside. Water kept seeping in too, leaving our clothes wet and making my son sick. The toilet seat was too high and badly positioned. When I asked to switch rooms, I offered extra money, but the staff wouldn't cooperate even though they had vacant rooms. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!

After paying, I asked to switch rooms and offered extra, but the staff refused, despite having plenty of vacant rooms. The room wasn't worth the money: water seeped up from the floor and soaked our clothes, the heater didn't work, and the badly fitted toilet seat made it impossible for me to use.

The one thing I liked was being close to the lake. Everything else made the price feel completely unjustified. The rooms were tiny, the bed wasn't clean, and service was poor. They didn't clean daily, and toilet tissue was only supplied if we asked. The reception extension didn't work, so we had to walk down whenever we needed something. The lift was out of order too. Really bad experience.
