The restaurant next to the hotel has a lady chef who makes the best dishes. Breakfast at the hotel was varied and delicious too. It’s a quiet area in the historical part of Istanbul, with the main sights very close by, and the rooms were tidy. The staff were the best. Arslan was especially positive, attentive, and helpful. This was my fourth time in Istanbul, and personally, it was my best experience.

We especially appreciated the service from the waiting staff. Mehmet and Yasin were attentive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Arslan at the front desk was outstanding too, friendly and professional, and helped arrange our transfers and shared great tips for local sights and visits. The location made it easy to explore the main attractions, while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. We had a wonderful stay at Antusa Palace Hotel & Spa and would happily return. Great atmosphere and service, highly recommended.

The hotel is less than 100 meters from the Sultanahmet tram station, with major attractions nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and the cleaning staff were efficient and attentive to detail. Reception welcomed us warmly and were personable and attentive to guests’ needs. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The head waiter was the best waiter we had in Istanbul. I couldn’t decide between so many tempting dishes, and he helped me choose. The food was amazing, the staff even more so, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. I highly recommend this place!

Even though I was unwell after surgery, I was so happy with this hotel. The staff saw how poorly I was, checked me in early, and upgraded my room. They also helped get food to my room, although room service isn’t something they normally offer. That human kindness really impressed me. The street was quiet at night, with no loud music or parties. I didn’t explore much because I wasn’t feeling well, but there were lots of restaurants nearby. One right outside the hotel offers a discount to Antusa guests, and its staff do everything they can to accommodate you. There’s also a large supermarket and trams within a seven-minute walk. The room was gorgeous. I recommend booking a corner room, with its big round bed and a nice view of a colonial style looking building. It had a marble bathroom, great shower pressure, a comfortable bed and pillows, a working conditioner, and a small fridge. I’ll definitely be back.
