The beach was nice, with a lifeguard there until 6 p.m., but the pool couldn’t be used at night. The concept has potential, though the quality wasn’t very good. The walls had cracks, and the furniture was cheap and damaged. Our room had black mold, and the WiFi signal was poor, often nonexistent. Since we arrived at 3 a.m. and didn’t want to go back to the main hotel, we didn’t ask to change rooms. There’s no reception desk at this hotel, so you have to check in and out at the main Family hotel. A shuttle runs every 20 minutes from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The staff, including servers, cleaners, and reception workers, were really nice. The pool bar and open restaurant were pleasant, but they served the same food every day. We could choose from the same menu each day. You can eat at the main hotel buffet, which has lots of different food, but nobody told us at check-in. We only found out by reading reviews after three days. There’s no nighttime entertainment at the Boutique hotel. They just play the same music over and over. I don’t understand why it’s advertised as a “hotel for the youth”; it feels more suited to older people and retirees. There are cards, chess, table tennis, and mini golf. The Game Room games need coins that you have to buy, despite the “ultimate all inclusive” package. It’s a nice concept, but I wouldn’t recommend it to younger people because there’s no entertainment. I’d sooner suggest the main Family hotel, which isn’t 18+ and has a disco, game room, and bigger pool.
