Abant Barış Pension

We spent two nights as a couple in a wooden room, and the whole stay was wonderful. Even in the middle of winter it was warm and cozy, and the rooms were spotless. Each morning we woke up to a beautiful view of the snow-covered forest. Breakfast was fantastic and very filling, with nothing missing. It’s a welcoming, family-run place that feels especially suited to families. Barış and his parents were helpful and available whenever we needed anything. I’d recommend it to anyone, particularly if you want to get away from the city and breathe a little.

Once you're here, it's hard to want to leave. At first glance you might have doubts, but this is a welcoming, comfortable, spotlessly clean guesthouse where we felt right at home. It's family-run, and Uncle Ismail always made us delicious warm toast for breakfast. Thank you so much 🙏

The backyard was beautiful, and we had a great time playing in the snow. We spent the weekend in a triple room at this family-run place, where everyone was friendly and helpful and we felt safe. Breakfast was quite sufficient, and there was always plenty of tea.

We’ve stayed here twice this year and left happy both times. It’s a lovely family-run place with very welcoming, friendly staff. The rooms are spotless, and breakfast is filling and enjoyable. We’re hoping to return in spring. 🍀
