Delphin Palace - All Inclusive

We recently came as a group of 15 and had a wonderful stay at Delphin Palace. The location was great, and there was an impressive range of food throughout the day. The pools and Aqua Serenity water park were the highlights. The children loved the kids' club, face painting, foam parties, and magic shows. Staff were also quick and helpful when my wife left her Invisalign in a previous room after we changed rooms. Fresh towels were easy to find at several locations, which made pool days convenient. There were a few things that could be better. Most staff didn't speak English, so communicating was challenging. The hotel app has useful information, but nobody told us about it, so more information at check-in would help. Vegetarian food choices were limited and started to feel repetitive after a few days. Still, I'd highly recommend it to families, especially those with children.

The hotel has a good location, and the food was plentiful with plenty of variety, but it was always lukewarm, never hot. At some times it was hard to find a table, and the evening entertainment wasn't great. The place is quite good but extremely busy, and while most staff were pleasant, our room cleaning left a lot to be desired. The floors were still dirty after the cleaner had finished. Sea or pool view rooms were deafening, with music blaring for most of the day and into the evening. If you want peace and quiet, I'd look elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this particular hotel. We've stayed at the other Delphin hotels nearby and found them much better.

We've only just arrived at the Delphin Palace Hotel, and our first day has already felt special. The staff welcomed us warmly and took care of little details without being asked, making everything feel easy and stress-free. The hotel is beautifully designed, elegant, and comfortable, with lovely surroundings and amazing food. As a couple, we're already enjoying the relaxing atmosphere and the room. It feels like a great place to unwind, reconnect, and make memories. If day one is any indication, we're excited to see how the rest of the stay goes. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

I've stayed at this hotel before, and the renovation has been done tastefully and practically. The hotel now offers much better service, and they've added staff who take excellent care of guests, especially at mealtimes. The only downside I've noticed is the higher price for the Gazebo. I also really like the new area for families with children, so crying kids won't disturb other guests. Really good work and management. Thanks for a great holiday!
