Dinner and breakfast were both very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was okay, but the bathroom could have been better. The glass partition by the shower was visibly dirty and hadn't been cleaned well. There was an air conditioner, but I couldn't find the remote. We tried pressing the button, but couldn't get it to turn on.

We visited but decided not to stay. It felt expensive for what was offered. The thermal pool was more like a large bathtub, the swimming pool was cold, and the facilities were old and poorly maintained.

Honestly, I found this hotel really bad. It's old and poorly maintained, and my room was especially dirty. The window was small, so there wasn't much light and the room felt scary. It was also broken and couldn't be opened. I hope the facilities get improved in the future.

We stayed one night while traveling from Ankara to Istanbul. The buffet dinner was great, especially the tasty grilled chicken. I woke up at 5 a.m. and enjoyed hearing the birds chirp.

The scenery is beautiful and the hotel facilities are reasonably comfortable. The spa complex is old, dating back to the Ottoman Empire, and needs renovation. The large swimming pool doesn't have thermal water.
