The location and the view were excellent, but the service was awful. The reception staff seemed poorly trained, couldn’t speak even a word of English, and refused to listen when we spoke anything other than Turkish. At the restaurant, they also wouldn’t speak to non-Turkish guests and were arrogant and rude. Abdullah at reception laughed at us when we tried to get an explanation for the charge we felt was a scam. This happened at 2:30 AM, three hours before our flight. I can’t recommend this place.

We only stayed one night, and I hope I can return. It was so relaxing, the buffet food was great, and I caught a glimpse of the beautiful lake. Definitely recommend.

Some of the Turkish dishes were short on local flavor, and the service crew couldn’t speak English. Tea was included with the buffet meals.

The lake and the hotel’s quiet surroundings made for a peaceful stay, and I loved the romantic feel of the place. From my room, the view of the calm, picturesque lake was breathtaking. The room was clean and spacious, with impressive decor and amenities. The food and service exceeded my expectations, and the staff went out of their way to make the stay memorable. It was an outstanding experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for something luxurious and unforgettable.

The views and atmosphere here are hard to beat, and the hotel was wonderfully welcoming. I’d planned a last-minute birthday surprise for my husband, so I emailed just before my flight. In under 24 hours, they had it ready without needing to follow up with me. I was so impressed and grateful. It’s a lovely spot for a relaxing, romantic holiday.
