A couple of days after confirming my 14-day booking, they asked me to cancel it, saying the hotel was highly occupied. Yet the booking site was still showing four rooms available. The communication was very unpleasant, and I don't understand why this happened.

The woman with short hair and glasses really made the hotel for us. She worked incredibly hard and did everything she could to keep us comfortable. Before we checked out, well after breakfast had ended, she even sweetly offered us some food. I have a lot of respect for her and hope Allah makes life easy for her. Breakfast was nice, though it can run out if you arrive near the end, so get there earlier. The rooms look good, but they really need a fridge. I hope the hotel adds one soon.

We loved the food, the pool, and the rooms. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff, including the woman who checked us in and her children, were so welcoming and friendly. We'll book here again next time ❤️

We arrived around midnight, and the owner used that moment to refuse our booking and make us pay almost twice as much to stay in the very room we'd already booked. The place was missing a lot: there were no chairs, no extra bed for the kids, and no fridge. Breakfast was poor and the staff were rude. The sea is close, and although the pool is small, it was pretty good. The rooms had air conditioning and fresh paint, but I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The service is pretty basic, and they charge for things you wouldn't expect, like coffee that comes with breakfast. Still, Esmeralda is clean and peaceful, and it's not far from the beach. To be fair, charging tourists extra is common practice in Turkey.
