The Wi-Fi was the one weak point, though being offline did give us a chance to properly unwind. We had a really relaxing stay in a clean, comfortable hotel, and the atmosphere was lovely. A special thanks to Rasalinda, the animator and trainer. Her classes were fun, encouraging, and full of positive energy. We'd happily return.

The evening shows were entertaining, and the sea was clean, though very salty. The beach was only a two-minute walk, with clean sand and an aquapark nearby. We also enjoyed the food, and the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. A great experience.

The food and service were probably the best parts. The pools, though, were packed, and I wasn't sure about the hygiene. Getting from the rooms to the beach takes quite a walk, and the beach itself wasn't especially impressive. Keep an eye out for rubbish and hazardous things visitors have left behind. For a fraction of this price, you could have a holiday in Hawaii.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, though pretty ordinary, and the Wi-Fi worked properly only around reception and the restaurant. Those were the main drawbacks. We loved the pool area: it was clean, had plenty of sunbeds, and was easy to relax in. The beach is a short walk away, or there's a handy shuttle. Food came in a great variety and was delicious every day, and the cocktails were tasty and well made. We had a wonderful stay and would come back.

The doctor on site was the one useful thing, given that three people in our group of three families got ear infections and two others had food poisoning. It seemed like a consequence of the resort's poor hygiene and food safety. Customer service was awful too: staff were unhelpful, seemed incapable, and couldn't communicate in English, making problems even harder to sort out. This place felt like a nightmare behind pretty photos. It should be shut down, and I'd tell people to stay far away.
