Oskar Hotel

We’ve been here for two days, and the staff are really friendly. The food is decent, better than some I’ve had at supposedly “better” hotels. Both the thermal and regular pools are in good condition and cleaned daily. Rooms are clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms have bathtubs with taps connected to a thermal spring, so you can take a thermal bath. Everything was perfect for us. If you’re looking for a hotel in this area, definitely check in. I’d absolutely recommend it and will come back for sure!

I found what looked like an unbelievably low online price for this hotel, 160 Turkish lira including breakfast. Some friends were planning to visit a thermal hotel that weekend, so I told them it seemed too good to be true and suggested they call to confirm. They did, and the price was confirmed, so they went the next night. Luckily, they checked again while registering and were told it was actually 460. When they said they’d seen the rate online, staff said the site was very old and hadn’t been updated. They also said the price had been confirmed by a new worker who wasn’t on duty then and must have given them the wrong amount. My friends didn’t register. After reading other comments to see if this had happened to anyone else, it seems honesty isn’t the only thing lacking at this establishment.

A horrible place, filthy and uncomfortable. We left within 10 minutes of checking in. Don’t believe the fake reviews, and stay away for your own good.

It’s quiet and pleasant here, but dinner wasn’t that good, and you have to pay for water 😒
