C & H Hotel's Pamukkale

The staff were good, and the place felt really nice and warm.

Good facilities...

The worst place.

We booked half board for 2 nights and 3 days. Dinner was included, but drinks like cola, juice, and soda cost extra. Water was free from a dispenser. The evening music felt like a henna night, with songs played from YouTube. The cleanliness was poor in the rooms, restaurant, and pools, and our room wasn’t cleaned during the stay. Cats slept on chairs and wandered beneath the restaurant tables. There was no staff in the children’s playrooms, so the kids were pushing and shoving each other. We had reserved for 3 people, including a child, but were given a double room. Even after we kept asking, no travel cot was brought, so we borrowed one from another room and had to ask for sheets. We also asked for bathrobes 20 times and never got them. Reception sent us to laundry, and laundry sent us back to reception, like a government office.
