We arrived at 1:30 AM and had no trouble checking in, thanks to the 24-hour front desk. The room was clean and comfortable, and parking was available. There’s no elevator. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was decent. A good choice for a short stay or an overnight stop while traveling between Istanbul and Cappadocia.

I had a reservation, but left after I arrived because the communication was unpleasant and I saw employees smoking inside. There was no customer friendliness at all.

The rooms weren’t as new as they’d been described, but they were good value for the price. We stayed a day and had no trouble with heating or hot water, which matters a lot in winter. Dilber abla was so sweet and friendly at breakfast, and the gentleman at reception was polite and helpful. We were really pleased with the service, even though the price difference is obvious.
