Kayi Apart Hotel

Even arriving really late, my friend and I were welcomed warmly by the hosts. Our room was clean, tidy, and big enough for five people, with a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Breakfast was delicious, and we could look out over the garden from the breakfast area. The rates also seemed fair compared with other hotels and camping places in Bolu. I’d recommend staying here if you’re visiting.

We had plenty of room for the three of us, our baby, and our dog, which we really appreciated. The price was very low compared with nearby hotels, so it felt like great value. Check-in was quick and easy, and the owner was flexible about when we arrived. And the owner's daughter is adorable 😍😍. Breakfast was delicious too.

We hadn't expected much from our last-minute trip through Bolu, but this peaceful little hotel turned out to be a real gem. Our apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. We were working remotely, so the free WiFi was useful, and the passwords were already provided in the apartment. Breakfasts were generous and lovely, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The owner answered all our questions and even washed and dried our laundry. If kindness, respect, non-judgment, and great service matter to you, this is a lovely place to stay in Bolu. Best wishes ☺️

I booked the wooden hut well in advance, but the owner later asked me to move my reservation to a date four days later, after June 20, saying the hut would be renovated. I already had plans and told them I couldn't change the dates. The owner then said a house had been booked for me. When I arrived, the house was very old and had several issues: water leaked from the ceiling, there was an electrical problem, and the lighting was poor. I also found that the wooden hut had gone to another family. When I raised this, the owner said the renovation was finished, that the family had booked the hut for twenty days, and that they would leave in four days, after June 20. That made it seem to me that my booking had been changed for the other family, and that there hadn't been any renovation or maintenance of the hut.
