The grounds are beautiful and scenic, and the location is excellent. Nearby, there are winter activities, and the hotel can take you by shuttle to the ski area for a small fee. Hiking, snowshoeing, and Nordic skiing are also easy to do from there. I’m planning another winter trip. It’s a nice little boutique hotel. The rooms are small, European style, but comfortable, and the hotel is being remodeled to keep things fresh. The buffet food is simple and delicious.

There was so much greenery, fresh air, and distance from the stress and pollution of the city. My sister and I found it magical. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we felt safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. As you’d expect, the food was delicious too, a reflection of Bolu's world-famous cuisine, which goes back to Ottoman times. We’ll definitely return.

The only downside for me was the cleanliness. The owner and crew were friendly, though, and the rooms were quite nice and roomy. The heaters worked fine, and the food was good enough. There’s a beautiful lake right by the hotel in the forest, nice to look at or walk around, and the ski center is very close.

The restaurant only serves buffet food. I ordered hot chocolate, salep, and cappuccino, and they were the worst drinks I’ve ever tasted. The receptionist was also very rude to us as a family. That put me off staying here, and I’ll never recommend this place.

The place itself is beautiful, but there’s only one hotel and no other restaurants or services. Its prices are excessive for what the rooms and services offer.
